- You’ll see a list of all candidates. In this section, you can follow candidates and check other important details such as their current designation, location, reviews, candidate overview, skills, and current package.

- You can view a candidate’s profile to see detailed information about them, including their location and other insights. In the profile section, you can invite the candidate to apply for a specific job, follow them, and send them a private message.

Top Search Bar
We have integrated the three options in the main search bar, candidate title or keyword, all cities, and all categories.

Candidate title or keyword
It helps to search for the candidate with a title or keyword. Simply enter your keywords like designer, shift officer, executive, manager, etc and click on the search button.
Location (all cities)
When searching for a candidate, you can use the “all cities” location feature to find someone in a specific location. To use this feature, simply click on the dropdown icon, select the location you want, and click the search button.
Additionally, we offer an “Auto locate”, and “Radius” feature that automatically fetches your location and displays the results accordingly.
All Categories
We have categorised candidates in the textile job portal according to their designation. It helps employers to find a candidate with a specific designation.
For example, I need a candidate for a level up to assistant manager so I can search by selecting the same category from the dropdown menu. All the assistant manager-level candidates will be in front of you.
Filter Bar
The search and filter feature makes it easy to find candidates based on their qualifications, location, work experience, skills, age group, gender, and language.
Location
The location filter helps employers to find the candidate from a specific location such as a country, a state or a city or town. For example, in the below image, we choose the country India, the state of Punjab, and the city of Ludhiana.

Educational qualification is one of the most used filters to find a candidate based on education criteria. We have listed all of the education and courses related to the textile industry. You can choose as per your requirements. In the below example, we choose B.tech in textile technology.
