Ring Frame Technician

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain ring frames to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality yarn output.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on ring frames to minimize downtime and prevent production interruptions.
• Monitor machine performance, identify technical issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet and exceed production targets while maintaining yarn quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and contribute to creating a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Ring Frame Technician or in a similar technical role within the textile industry.
• In-depth understanding of ring frame machinery, its operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing technical problems and performing necessary repairs efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to prevent production delays.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
