Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Shift Officer to join our dynamic Weaving Department team. As a Shift Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the weaving process during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the weaving team, monitoring machine performance, quality control, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the weaving team during the designated shift.
• Monitor air-jet weaving machines for optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Ensure the production process follows established quality standards and targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Implement safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift handover notes.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role within the textile industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of air-jet weaving machines and processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality output.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
