Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain rapier looms for efficient and high-quality fabric production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the weaving process.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on looms to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the weaving team to meet production targets and deliver top-notch fabrics.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Previous experience as a Rapier Loom Technician or in a similar role within a weaving mill.
- Strong understanding of rapier loom operations and maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose technical problems and perform adjustments as needed.
