Description
Modern Clothing House, a leading clothing manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Weaving Production Executive to join our team. This position is open only to male candidates who have completed a diploma to degree in textile and have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the weaving production process to ensure that production targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
- Collaborating with other departments such as design and marketing to ensure that customer demands are met.
- Maintaining accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control data.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
- Supervising and managing the work of production staff, ensuring that they are trained and performing to the required standard.
- Coordinating with maintenance personnel to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Adhering to all safety and health regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Diploma to degree in textile or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of weaving production processes and equipment.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations.
